This privacy policy explains how Ri Holistic uses any personal information that I obtain about you.

I collect the basic personal information that you give me. This includes name, contact number and email address if you have one and any information that you submit to us via our online booking system.

I need to know your email or contact telephone number in order to provide you with information linked to any appointment changes or cancellations made by Ri Holistic and to communicate with you about the other services I offer which may be of benefit to you. I will not collect personal data from you that we don’t need in order to do this.

The personal data that you send me is processed by Michaela Allen owner & management of Ri Holistic and held securely. It is not shared with any other organisation, unless there is a legal obligation to do so or an obligation relating to a professional matter (for example, safe guarding or GP referral).

You may withdraw your consent for me to hold your information at any point, and I will no longer contact you. I will delete your data if requested in this context.

I will never pass on any information to any other individual or organisation without your permission

We will keep data for as long as is necessary for treatment, which may be intermittent or ongoing, or until you request otherwise. By law I will keep your information for 7 years, if I do not see or hear from you in this time, Your information will be automatically destroyed.
